Alan Doyle
Executive Chairman
Alan is the Chairman of Africa Pacific Capital. Alan graduated and worked as a geologist prior to joining a major international stockbroking company as a resource analyst in the mid 1980’s.
He established his own corporate advisory company in 1990, Turnbull Doyle Resources Limited, with Malcolm Turnbull and Neville Wran. The company was a specialist resources investment banking firm that listed public companies and raised capital, as well as providing corporate advisory services to mining companies.
Alan subsequently formed his own private investment bank, which was taken over by a South African bank and later sold back to management in 2001, and renamed Africa Pacific Capital. APC has found, financed, developed and managed several major resource projects as principals prior to seeking listings on major stock exchanges.

David Ledger
Non-Executive Director
David has over 35 years experience in investment banking.
He transferred to the United Kingdom in 1991 at the age of 25 and worked in institutional sales for Australian equities, initially with James Capel & Co and then for BZW, the investment banking arm of Barclays Bank. He was appointed to the Head of Desk in London with ABN AMRO.
David is an Executive Director at boutique investment bank Arthur Phillip, a Member of the Stockbrokers Association of Australia, The Securities and Futures Authority (UK), is a Responsible Executive of the ASX and a graduate of the Securities Institute of Australia. He studied Business at Edith Cowan University in WA and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Stephen Turner
Non-Executive Director
Stephen has a record of delivering large scale greenfields projects.
He co-founded International Ferro Metals; a mining and smelting company which produces 4% of global ferrochrome supply and was listed on the LSE. For seven years Stephen was its CEO.
He was also a founding director of South American Ferro Metals, a Brazilian iron ore producer that was listed on the ASX where he was CEO for three years. Until 2014 Stephen was also a non-executive director of Iluka, the world’s biggest producer of zircon.
